Cancellation Policy
Certain products in our store may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment information will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each recurring delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel the subscription at any time.
To modify or cancel your subscription, simply use the links provided in your order confirmation emails. You can manage all your subscription details directly through those links at any time.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available in our inventory. At checkout, we may collect either no payment or a partial deposit, securely store your payment information, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment once the product becomes available.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.
Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a full or partial refund.
